Nicolas brings over 18 years’ experience in international business development across large industrial organisations. He is skilled at navigating complex organisations, developing new business opportunities and building trusted partnerships at the intersection of engineering, sustainability and commercial growth. 

Prior to joining ENODA, Nicolas spent 14 years at Schneider Electric developing decarbonisation strategies for large corporates. During his time there, he held a range of key roles spanning strategy, M&A, business development, strategic partnerships and sales, including three years leading the company’s sustainability consulting business in Switzerland. 

Nicolas combines a strong engineering foundation with extensive business expertise. After completing an MSc in Mechanical Engineering at Arts et Métiers – École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers, he began his career as a Project Engineer at Soletanche Bachy in Chile, followed by four years at Italcementi as an Internal Auditor. He later completed an MBA at INSEAD. 

Nicolas has extensive experience working across international markets, having lived and worked in France, Poland, Switzerland, Chile, Singapore and Italy.
