Dr Ajmal is a Blockchain Researcher and Developer working with the Ensemble team. He focuses on the design and optimisation of blockchain protocols and distributed systems for large-scale, real-world applications.

He holds a Master’s and PhD in Information and Communication Technology and has over 10 years of experience in network optimisation, including core, transport, and inter- and intra-datacentre architectures, as well as protocol design for 5G radio networks and blockchain systems. He has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed IEEE journal and conference publications and holds 48 patents.
