Chad is a Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of practical experience. At ENODA, he is Principal for Manufacturing, developing and delivering prototypes and demonstrators for pilot programmes and commercial projects.

Chad began his career specialising in design optimisation, value engineering, and cost-out initiatives for established, mature products within their respective product cycles.

Before joining ENODA, Chad was a product manager for a leading technology supplier to the US energy grid. During this time he developed a deep appreciation of lean manufacturing principles, failure mechanics, quality management, delivery performance, and customer experience. He also gained critical insight into what it takes to scale products effectively to meet market demand—particularly those entering the market with unique value propositions. 

Chad is driven by solving complex challenges - especially those centred on sustainability, renewable energy, and the electrification of everything.
