Jennifer (Jen) Urquhart is a Founder and Non-Executive Director at ENODA.

Prior to founding ENODA, Jen spent 18 years in financial services, primarily with State Street Bank & Trust, where she gained extensive experience in risk, audit and compliance and implemented CASS regulatory processes for the UK client service team.

She then moved into deep tech as VP Governance at Faraday Grid - supporting the Board and founders as the company expanded into Europe, the United States and Switzerland - before establishing Third Equation, an innovation company focused on grid modernisation.

Jen was ENODA’s Chief Business Services Officer from 2021-2026, before transitioning into the role of Non-Executive Director.

Jen holds a degree in Financial Services.
