Jennifer (Jen) Urquhart is a Founder and Chief Operating Officer at ENODA. She leads the company’s core business functions - finance, people & talent, IT & security, procurement, quality & audit, and facilities - and serves as a primary interface to ENODA’s shareholders.

Prior to founding ENODA, Jen spent 18 years in financial services, primarily with State Street Bank & Trust, where she gained extensive experience in risk, audit and compliance and implemented CASS regulatory processes for the UK client service team.

She then moved into deep tech as VP Governance at Faraday Grid - supporting the Board and founders as the company expanded into Europe, the United States and Switzerland - before establishing Third Equation, an innovation company focused on grid modernization.

At Third Equation, Jen designed the company’s organisational structure, secured key hires, and established the finance and governance framework to support the business’s expansion.

At ENODA, Jen applies her breadth of expertise to scaling execution - building the systems, culture and capabilities required for rapid, resilient growth. Jen has written publicly about her experience of rapidly growing headcount while setting an organisation up for long-term success.

Jen holds a degree in Financial Services.
