Lampros is an Electrical Engineer with over 9 years' experience in electromagnetics and electric motor design for automotive and energy applications. He holds an integrated Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialisation in energy systems.

Lampros has strong expertise in FE-based modelling and custom automation workflows, complemented by hands-on prototype validation. He is experienced in taking concepts from early design through to validation, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to balance performance, cost, and manufacturability.

Lampros is an active committee member of the Magnetics Society, contributing to the wider engineering community and maintaining close alignment with advances in magnetic materials, modelling methods, and industry standards. He is focused on improving development efficiency through rigorous analysis and practical, scalable engineering solutions.
