ENODA Appoints Jesse Deutsch as Chief Financial Officer

ENODA is pleased to announce the appointment of Jesse Deutsch as Chief Financial Officer.

Jesse joins ENODA with over 30 years of global finance, strategy and operational leadership experience across public companies, private equity-backed businesses, high-growth ventures and multinational organisations. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a strategic finance leader who combines commercial insight, operational excellence and a strong focus on developing high-performing teams.

Most recently, Jesse served as Chief Financial Officer of American Battery Technology Company (NASDAQ: ABAT), a pioneering battery materials and recycling business supporting the energy transition through domestic critical mineral production and lithium-ion battery recycling technologies.

During his time at American Battery, Jesse played a central role in helping the company transition from a development-stage organisation towards commercial operations and first revenues and gross margin. Jesse led the company’s successful uplisting from OTC to NASDAQ, and secured more than $150 million in funding to support growth and operational scale-up. He strengthened and expanded the finance function, established financial planning & analysis and Investor Relations capabilities.

Jesse’s broader career includes senior finance leadership roles across a diverse range of industries, including clean technology, life sciences, professional services, consumer goods, financial technology, hospitality and healthcare.

Commenting on his appointment, Jesse said:

“I am excited to be joining ENODA at such an important stage in the company’s growth journey. The opportunity to help scale innovative technologies that support the energy transition is incredibly compelling, and I look forward to working with the team to build on the strong foundations already in place and support the company’s next phase of growth.”
