Enoda PRIME® Exchanger Pilot Programme with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A

We are pleased to share that the Enoda PRIME® Exchanger is currently being tested in a live low-voltage network in collaboration with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.

The pilot will assess how the technology performs in supporting the integration of distributed renewable generation and managing selected network parameters under real operating conditions.

The Enoda PRIME® Exchanger is a dynamic power-flow platform designed as an alternative approach to conventional distribution-substation equipment, including the MV/LV transformer and other power-quality technologies deployed in distribution networks. Its capabilities include:

-        Voltage regulation

-        Phase balancing

-        Harmonic mitigation

-        Reactive power control

-        Active power-flow management

These functions are particularly relevant in areas with high levels of prosumer photovoltaic generation, where electricity can flow in both directions and place additional pressure on the low-voltage network.
